  Totally lovely place and we will return there. We stayed two nights in Hut 2, where we found a nice double bed, cooking facilities, heater, ensuite, all very thoughtfully put together. Sharon, the passionate owner, is very friendly and is a wealth of information on the region. Highly recommended !

  Can't fault this place. Me and family been there a few times. It's a very beautiful, peaceful and quite camping site away from everything. If you are ready to drive about 17 km on a country road and want to get away for a weekend look no further.

  Discovered this hidden gem by accident (on Google maps) and spent two days 'glamping' right next to the river. Sharon was such a lovely and helpful host. Sharon & husband have created a true retreat that takes you back to nature. While it was busy over the Christmas/NYE period, you wouldn't have been able to tell. We felt like we were a million miles away from everything floating down the river. We're telling everyone we know and we'll definitely be back!!

  Wonderful, secluded place. At the headwaters of the Clarence river and very pristine. Limited number of campers so lots of space for the kids to play. All activities as per the website, including snorkelling -saw a large freshwater fish straight up! Only issue was we expected, as campers, to be able to use the camp kitchen - and had planned to use this - but this is reserved for those staying in the cabins. We respected this and crafted some tasty items on the campfire instead, which came with a plate supplied.
